This guy is less of a loathsome scumbag and more of a witty brilliant adversary for the heroes to face.
“ | Oh, just a little pile of fish and an enormous dose of tranquilizers. Couldn't have Godzilla mucking up the works while my Chameleon was framing him for crimes against the state. With your boy's approval at an all time low, my boy should come off as quite the hero for destroying him. Then every country will line up to purchase a Chameleon on their own. Cha-ching! | „ |
~ He will not hesitate to endanger lives for the sake of reputation. Subtle. |
Sup, y'all! I'm in an ecstatic mood right now! Would you like to know why? It's because I'm now an admin of the archetype wikis alongside Elmtree and Ferrari Fan. As a user who joined these communities 6 months ago, it's a real honor to help out and I would do anything for these wikis. Seriously, I mean it. I look forward to being a good leader!
Anyways, here's a candidate who I've had in mind for a while, and since he's one of the newest PE/MB crossovers, I bet he has a good chance at being a SV. I'd like y'all to meet the wealthy, terroristic and egotistical criminal mastermind himself: Cameron Winter.
Let the discussion begin.
What's the Work?[]
Godzilla: The Series is a short-lived cartoon that serves as a spin-off to the widely hated movie Godzilla. It follows Dr. Nick Tatopoulos forming an organization called H.E.A.T. and going on adventures with an offspring creature called Godzilla to stop attacks from brainwashed animals and humans.
Who is He?[]
Cameron Winter is the main antagonist of the show. He is a charming and slick technological mogul who is the former friend of Dr. Tatopoulos who later became his arch-nemesis.
What Makes Him a Shonen Villain?[]
Basic Traits[]
- Villainous/Anti-Villainous: He created the Chameleon to attack New York City, endangered thousands of people, terrorizes his clients and has Godzilla siege a military base.
- Powerful/Skillful: He was able to produce a monster capable of destroying an entire city, and he has mastery and expertise in technology, science and tactics.
- Power-Hungry: He cares about enriching himself more than anything else.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: His main goal is to either control or destroy Godzilla.
- Arrogant: He briefly mocks Nick about ruining his reputation.
- Intelligent: He is a smart cookie who is good at convincing others to do certain things, got away with his crimes and rarely loses his cool.
- Cold-Hearted/Ruthless: He was willing to have hundreds to thousands of innocents put at risk of dying by creating the Chameleon to terrorize the population of NYC.
- Laughably Evil: He makes snarky and quirky remarks at times, even if they don't detract from his villainy.
- Psychopathic: He doesn't care about anyone but himself and will do anything that benefits himself.
- Narcissistic: He has a giant ego.
Bonus Traits[]
- Sadistic: He enjoys harming others.
- Serves as a Foil to the Hero/Protagonist: He is the evil counterpart of Dr. Tatopoulos due to falling out with him after their college years and destabilizing his image just to spite him and succeed in his plans.
- Bloodthirsty: He has no qualms about causing the deaths of numerous innocents.
- Has Black Air Force Energy: He always breaks the rules and lacks regard for human lives.
Final Verdict[]
I'll say yes to him, but you can decide. Thanks for reading and have a lovely day!
Be seeing you on the Shonen Villains wiki soon, Winter. You can bet on it!
