“ | What's wrong? Feeling your mind start to race? The odds that gun will kill you are one in two now. That probability is pretty high, right? Now you're afraid, wondering what else you can do. I bet I know what's going through your head. "I already have the gun. Who cares what the rules are? I'm just gonna aim at this asshоlе, pull the trigger a couple of times, and blow his ugly face off." Well, am I wrong? If you want to meet the person you mentioned earlier, the key is in my pocket. You can simply shoot me with that gun and take it. But I'll have you admit one thing. That you're a piece of trash, just like everyone else. A piece of trash who got lucky and made it out of the dumpster. | „ |

What Makes Him a Shonen Villain?[]
- Villainous/Anti-Villainous: He killed his father, got hundreds of people killed by inviting them to the Squid Games and forced Kim Jeong-rae and Choi Woo-seok to play 2 games before killing the former in front of Choi.
- Powerful/Skillful: He is a chessmaster player at ddajki, can sell invitations to wannabe Squid Game partakers and is an expert at using firearms.
- Power-Hungry: He seeks to keep the Squid Games running smoothly as a Pink Guard out of a lust for power.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: His main goal is to lure as many impoverished people into the Squid Games as possible.
- Arrogant: He sees the participants as inhumane creatures and thinks he's worthier than them, with his arrogance being the reason why he killed himself during his game with Gi-hun as he simply wanted to spite the man.
- Intelligent: He was able to manipulate thousands of people into dying in the Squid Games for decades.
- Cold-Hearted/Ruthless: Being a Squid Game worker, he is menacing enough to kill his dad (though it was offscreen).
- Laughably Evil: While he is taken 100% seriously, he has one comedic moment where he exhausts himself by jumping on bread to destroy entire loaves.
- Psychopathic: He pretends to be a gentleman to the people he invites to the games, when in reality, he's just doing it to persuade them into entering death games.
- Narcissistic: Him hating poor people is out of egotism since he thinks he's very special.
- Sadistic: He takes pleasure in committing his atrocities.
- Bloodthirsty: He is willing to assault Jun-hee, a pregnant woman, just for losing a game of ddakji.
- Has Black Air Force Energy: He shows a clear disregard for people's lives.
- Immature: He has a breakdown and begins stomping on a bunch of bread in public and in front of homeless people out of pure spite.
