Gwen Grayson (originally Susan "Sue" Tenny), otherwise known by her supervillain alias Royal Pain, is the main antagonist of the 2005 superhero comedy film Sky High.
She was portrayed by Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Patrick Warburton.

- Villainous: Royal Pain sabotages Sky High's anti-gravity device to have the school crush the neighborhood below.
- Powerful/Skillful: Royal Pain uses her massive intellect to create weapons in order to execute her heinous plans.
- Power-Hungry: Royal Pain attempts to turn everyone into babies.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: Not only does Royal Pain wants to destroy Sky and end the Stronghold bloodline, but she also wants to raise a new generation of supervillains.
- Intelligent: Royal Pain is a scientist who creates various inventions for her personal gain.
- Short-Tempered: Royal Pain gets irritated with her minion's incompetence.
- Cold-Hearted/Ruthless: While she has a few funny moments, Royal Pain is overall a cruel threat to be reckoned with.
- Psychopathic: Aside from using her charisma to manipulate her victims, Royal Pain has no empathy and shows no remorse for actions.
- Sadistic: Royal Pain seeks joy out of turning everyone into babies.
- Has Incompetent Minions: Royal Pain's underlings are easily outmatched by the students of Sky High.
- Has Comedic Moments: While she is taken very seriously as a threat, her plan of turning people into babies is quite hilarious on its own.
