What Makes Him a Shonen Villain?[]
- Villainous/Anti-Villainous: He basically tried to destroy a factory consisting of millions of newborn babies to ensure that none would ever be delivered again.
- Powerful/Skillful: He is shown to be competent in using a giant robot to fight the heroes and nearly dragged them down with him during his death scene.
- Power-Hungry: He cares about securing his reputation and always aims to look good.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: His main goal is to prevent any more babies from being delivered.
- Arrogant: He takes pride in the awful decisions he makes, like building his office entirely out of glass and causing birds to crash into it since they can't see glass.
- Intelligent: He understandably wanted to avoid delivering a baby who was accidentally born to its parents.
- Cold-Hearted/Ruthless: He wanted to put the lives of a million newborns at risk.
- Laughably Evil: There's a running gag of him blowing people's minds when he says "boss" and he has a funny moment in the climax where Diamond Destiny plays with his robot.
- Narcissistic: He has an excessively high opinion of himself.
- Has a Sinister Laugh: He laughs like a maniac when he prepares to destroy the baby factory.
- Sadistic: He enjoyed the moment of almost killing millions of babies.
- Serves as a Foil to the Hero/Protagonist: He is the dark counterpart of Junior who adores babies while Hunter despises them.
- Bloodthirsty: He literally wanted to kill countless babies and even tries to take Junior, Tulip and Destiny down with him in his last moments in an act of panicky rage.
- Is a Game Changer: He turns the tone of the movie from upbeat to dramatic.
- Has Black Air Force Energy: He is very aggressive and lacks any care for others.
