Francis is the secondary antagonist of Australian adult-animated web series SMG4 and the posthumous overarching antagonist of its spin-off, Sunset Paradise.
What Makes Him a Shonen Villain?[]
- Villainous/Anti-Villainous: Francis kidnaps Inkopolis' Inklings to extract their ink for the Ink Weaver, and kidnaps Axol and steals Axol's Ink Weaver.
- Power-Hungry: Francis wants Axol's Ink Weaver to create Anime Replicas after knowing its power, and he gets it with torturing of Axol.
- Pursues a Big-End Goal: Before the anime ban being lifted, Francis wants to lift the Anime ban. After the anime ban being lifted, Francis wants to create his own "Waifu Island".
- Arrogant: Francis is arrogant, which has left him open on some occasions.
- Cold-Hearted/Ruthless: Francis has no hesitate in adopting methods such as threatening, kidnapping and torturing to achieve his goal.
- Laughably Evil: He's a stereotype of a nerd whose goal is to create an Anime Island with waifus, talking about Ink Zuccer like a commercial narrator, him crying and hugging Jeeves when Meggy insulted/criticized them, beaten up by the whole SMG4 crew, his catchphrase being a literal Filthy Frank soundbite, and his last words ripped from a Minecraft meme.
- Narcissistic: TBA
- Sadistic: Francis takes sadistic glee in the death of Desti, who is killed by one of his Anime Replicas.
- Serves as a Foil to the Hero: Francis is upset that the Anime ban is lifted peacefully, and his plan of creating a "Waifu Island" leads the Anime Cartel, an organization, to become militant.
