Eluca is the main antagonist of Just a Neighbor 2, the second part to the non-canon Pretty Blood based commissioned animated series by Little Deadly Things called Just a Neighbor.

He is a Porcupine Malino who goes around finding talented Malinos to torture and remove they're ability to perform what they love, ruining they're careers and lives.

What Makes Him a Shonen Villain?[]

  • Villainous/Anti-Villainous: He targets talented Malinos and mutilate them so that he could ruin their careers and lives.
  • Powerful/Skillful: While not powerful he's shown to have great skills in torture and mutilation.
  • Pursues a Big-End Goal: He tries to justifies his actions believing that Malinos live too perfect lives and that he's doing this so that they can "develop" he also believes that joy is a illness and wants to get rid of it.
  • Is a Game-Changer: Somewhat, while Just a Neighbor and the original series it is based off of are pretty dark especially considering the cute art style, his brutal acts on his victims and leaving his victims with the injuries instead of killing them makes him one of the darkest characters.
  • Psychopathic: While he does try to say that he does his crimes so that his victims can "develop" it is also for fun.
  • Has a Sinister Laugh: Shown when torturing Barry.
  • Sadistic: Shows it when torturing his victims.
  • Serves as a Foil to the Hero/Protagonist: While Kling tortures members of the organization Pretty Blood who tortures Malinos for money and entertainment, Eluca tortures talented Malinos so that they can "develop" and for fun.
  • Bloodthirsty: look at Psychopath and Sadistic.
  • Is a Secondary-Color Nemesis: His quills and most of his clothes are black.
  • Black Air Force Energy: blatantly tortures people with no remorse and doesn't like the utopia that the Malinos live under.
