Shonen Villains whose comedic personalities come from them messing up their own schemes and evil plans rather than fulfilling them.

Due to them often being challenging adversaries, it's actually quite rare for a Shonen Villain to be deemed incompetent since they're usually skilled as villains, but if at least show that they can be a genuine threat at times despite their series of slip ups, then they may be here.

NOTE: Keep in mind that this category only refers to incompetence in terms of villainy and antagonism, not professionalism or occupational skills, the latter would just go under Dimwits, Arrogant or Delusional instead.
